Minister of Welfare. Alleged brother of Vethus.
"Krin is a complicated fella. Mother always said that I got the brains but he got the . . . well, short temper. But make no mistake, Krin is no brother of mine. He refuses to see the world for what it is and instead blissfully pushes towards some absurd notion of justice. As if such a thing could exist in this world. . . and he even spits on our lineage, choosing to be a servant once again. A Drow, serving Resha the Sun God? Such an insane notion."

"Did I ever tell you how I gained the service of this Devil? Devils love getting involved in politics. They find inciting regicide and starting uprisings amusing. One day, I was able to track down and thwart a particularly nasty plot by this one here along with three of his devil buddies. In my infinite mercy and wisdom, I chose to allow them to live. And today here I am, with him in my service. That's the funny thing about Devils: scum of all the worlds, but they have their own fucked up sense of honor. So, when I let them live, I was able to force them into a contract for their services. In exchange for sparing their lives, this one will stay next to me and kill the next four people I name. Lives for lives, poetic isn't it?
I used the first as a test to see if it would work, some lowlife serving a life sentence for rape. It was over in seconds. I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. The second was also a waste as I was forced to use it to stop a murderer from getting out of town when we tried to arrest him. So, before you get the idea to run, I'd ask you don't make me waste my third.
