Arakeen was a physically weak member of his house born on Vitore who came across Bork who had gone through a trap in an old ruin that damaged parts of his body. Bork was not exactly the brightest but still had a sense of curiosity and wonder that Arakeen appreciated, not to mention a sturdy body that would be suitable for survival. The two decided to merge into one being to both improve their curiosity as well as to help heal Bork’s body. The merge led to some unforeseen results as Bork’s tenacity and blunt attitude fused with Arakeen’s brilliance. This strange mesh led to a scientist with little thought or care for appearance who, despite his grating personality, made a name for himself as a brilliant researcher and inventor who gets results. This led to him being requested as the science officer for the expedition. Norak has little to no interest in how he is perceived as a starsoaked, he earned his place in the expedition and he fucking knows it.
