Landry is... unconventional, by demonic standards. He's loud and less subtle than most demons, seemingly assured that he'll never be caught by the god machine. For some reason, he always seems to have BO.
For most of the Unchained, their journey through the God Machine is a quiet, paranoid affair, wherein they maintain secrecy above all else. For some, well, those situations lead to demons like Landry.
In a surprise to most everyone who meets him, Landry is actually one of the older demons of LA, despite the appearance of his most oft-used cover (a 20 something hipster-type). Despite his bombastic personality, he has survived quite a few of the God Machine's purges, mostly due to the friends he's made along the way. It seems every time he finds himself on the god machine's radar, his pursuers shortly find themselves in shallow graves.
This apparent "luck" makes him somewhat of a pariah among the fallen of LA. After all, how would he avoid the god machine for so long if he weren't secretly on its side? Most see it as better safe than sorry to associate with him. Still, he's found a couple of friends within the NCC.
