Hispidus is a Bothan spy in the employ of the Alliance for the Restoration of the Republic, stationed on the planet Piroket. He has been emplaced to keep an eye on the comings and goings from Hutt Space into the Arkanis Sector, and recently has managed to inveigle himself into the employ of the Kuat Fleet Systems research facility in the planet's capital city.
