High Priest of Anno in Argate

Markis Tonalyr is the Knight Commander of the Light in Argate. He is very serious about his job and about making sure his followers are the best Lightbringers that they can be.
 
Recent events in Argate have caused him to question some of the motives of some of his Lightbringers, and he is afraid that perhaps some of them have been corrupted by the Cult of Shilomir.
