Lilly is the leader of the Pipa Pembuangan family. She is a strong Highrider activist.

Lilly is a Highrider from Galileo - O'Neil 2 colony. She is an activist working with the tribes and families of the Watu wa Pilule on the colony. She is outspoken against the leadership of the colony and has been taken in multiple times. Since the revolt on O'Neil One, she has been less publicly vocal, but is still working underground with the Highriders.

Kuno Heinsohn has members of his team monitoring her consistently. He has tried to get a spy close to her, but has yet to be successful. Lilly is aware of her situation and has been very precaution of what she says to people who aren't in her inner circle.

Lily is also the leader of the Pipa Pembuangan Highrider family. This group work amongst the irrigation system on Galileo colony.

Currently Lily is in hiding as she believes that there are different factions both in the ESA as well as with some of the other Highrider tribes are attempting to take her down. She hasn't been seend and most Pipas don't know her whereabouts. She does communicate with other leaders of the Pipa tribe and diseminates instructions and other information through them.
