Dawn only knew her Grandsire William for a year before he went into his self-imposed Torpor. But she's been haunted by the selflessness of the act ever since.

Dawn completed her fledgling years in 2000, and became part of the Ordo Dracul and focused herself on the study of Ephemera and its impact on Kindred physiology. She's become a student of Lois' in Kindred Necromancy as well. A single question plagues her works - If she could replace the blood element of William's bloodline Bane with Essence, would it work? She doesn't know, but the question has driven her studies for a decade now.
