Mugen radiates black Miasma in a 20 ft radius around himself. All living creatures with a CR 5 or lower die in his vicinity. Plant life withers away as well. Any creature that enters the aura on its turn or begins its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 20 CON saving throw or take (2d6) necrotic damage and grant Mugen advantage on attack rolls against it until the start of the creature's next turn. Undead are immune to this aura.
Enemies within 5 ft. of Mugen have disadvantage on all saving throws. Additionally, whenever a creature dies within 60 ft. of Mugen, he gains 30 hp and has resistance to all damage until the end of his next turn.
A creature reduced to 0 hitpoints from damage dealt by Mugen's Scythe automatically dies and cannot be revived by any means short of a Wish spell or Mugen's Return to Life.

Mugen makes two scythe attacks or makes a scythe attack and Marked for Death
Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach: sight. Hit: (3d8+5) slashing damage + (3d8) necrotic damage. The creature must succeed a DC 20 CON saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest.
Mugen points at one creature he can see within 300 ft. The target must succeed a DC 20 WIS saving throw or take (4d12) necrotic damage and become frightened until the end of Mugen's next turn. While frightened in this way, the creature is also paralyzed. If a target's saving throw is successful, the target is immune to Mugen's Marked for Death for the next 24 hours
Mugen sweeps his scythe in an arc and attempts to reap the lives of his enemies. All creatures in a 60 ft. cone that are not Yonkishi or undead must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 45 (10d8) necrotic damage, suffers 1 level of exhaustion, and has their max hp reduced by the amount of necrotic damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature takes a long rest. On a successful save, the damage is halved and they do not suffer the exhaustion. A creature that has their HP reduced to 0 by the necrotic damage dies.
When Mugen would be hit by an attack, he magically teleports, along with any equipment he is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space he can see. The attack misses.

Mugen makes an attack with his scythe
Mugen breathes the life out a creature's lungs. A creature within 5 feet of Mugen must succeed a DC 15 CON saving throw or immediately fall to 0 hit points. Additionally, if that creature failed the saving throw, a dark ball of Miasma is placed within that creature. Over the course of ten minutes, the affected creature transforms into a specter in the form of Mugen. At the end of each minute, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending this effect on itself after five successes. Otherwise, this transformation cannot be reversed by any means short of a Wish spell. Three castings of Greater Resoration within an hour on the affected creature before it has turned ends this effect.
One dead creature within 120 feet of Mugen returns to life as an undead creature with 20 hit points. Any magical effects acting on it are now gone, and it must serve Mugen. A creature that dies after being affected by this ability cannot be revived by any means short of a Wish spell.

Inciting powerful yori, Mugen opens the Gates of Purgatory, calling on the ghastly flames to spill out and incinerate everything in his path. All creatures within a 60 foot cone of Mugen must succeed a DC 18 CON saving throw or suffer (12d6) fire damage and be sucked into the Gates of Purgatory. At the end of their next turns they are ejected from the Gate up to 30 feet away and land prone in an unoccupied space. On a successful save, the damage is halved and they are not sucked into the Gate. A creature that fails this saving throw has advantage against it the next time they are subjected to this effect.

Until a creature takes an action to douse the fire, the target takes (2d8) fire damage at the start of each of its turns. If Mugen scores a critical hit, he rolls damage dice three times, instead of twice.
Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 100 ft. Piercing.Mugen gathers the flames of Purgatory and unleashes them in a destructive wave 100 feet long and 5 feet wide. All creatures the attack would hit suffer (2d8) fire damage and (2d8) necrotic damage.
