Topsy has a stringy mop of hair while Turvy has a few tufts of hair atop his otherwise bald head. Topsy is the more social of the two while Turvy grumbles to himself and only really engages Topsy in conversation in secret away from others. The pair stick to each other's sides and are incredibly protective of each other. The pair will stick with the party as long as it suits their interests but will "rat" them out if it plays in their favor.
