First-timers to The Soaked Hound likely have some expectations regarding what they'll find there: a bartender, some potentially-rowdy customers, maybe even a bed and a refreshing (ie, very cold) bath. What they likely don't expect is to be chatted up for gossip by what looks like a toad with wings.

Less a patron of the Hound and more like a fixture, Jorra enjoys lazing about and listening to the daily chatter as patrons come and go throughout the day. Surprisingly nimble and sneaky despite his rotund form, he can be a good source of interesting and even sometimes reliable information about the goings-on in Riverpuddle. Those who interact with him quickly learn that he has an insatiable curiosity for interesting news and gossip and while he delights in providing only semi-accurate information, he is more than willing to trade in kind for a juicy tidbit.
