Backstory: Homer idealised his father, Pan a small time Villain who believed in Pacifism, never hurting a single person during his crimes.
 
He often read a book to Homer as a child, the book was about a man who's name has been lost in time, the man in this book Believed that People who were "special" shouldn't be forced to hide and limit their Unique traits or Quirks, he believed that those who had these "Quirks" should be allowed to use them freely and open without limits or free of judgement.
His father drilled these ideals into his head religiously telling him to never let anyone restrict his freedom to show his "Quirks".
 
His father unfortunately was killed by an upcoming and overrighteous hero when my character was at the mere age of 7. The result of this was my Character now having a long standing dislike of Hero's and hero society. His mother seeing this decided to send him to U.A. hoping that will change his opinion on heroes and hero society
