Personal history

So, I grew up in a part of the noble house Vermillion. Vermilion is one of the 12 noble houses of Luna. You think I would have a life of luxury, easy-going with some responsibility and excellent training in schooling. Only got the excellent training and schooling part of the deal. Where my life looked like a life of luxury, living in a mansion. Even having some of the best food and drinks you could ever want. Sadly, for me, that was an illusion.
I am the eldest son but the second child. I was properly groomed to support my oldest sister as she became the next head of the house. My father also expects almost perfection out of me. I did my hardest and for my first nine years of life; I tried my hardest and in being the perfect son. On my 9th birthday, my father had all the young nobles and some other Knights' sons around my age challenged me in a sword fight. I won all my duals but one of them. That match was with the 13-year-old boy of one of the heads Knights that was a master swordman. My dad told me I did an adequate job but should have been able to win all my duals. Now what he told the party was he was very proud of his son and how he did an excellent job even giving the Knights captain's son a run for his money. I was so upset that I snuck out of the party and ran.
I ran for hours to the point that I'd did not know where I ended up. When I realized I had no clue where I was. I started walking to try to find my bearings. That's when I heard the most wonderful sound. It was coming out of an old abandoned warehouse. I just start heading toward the sound. I was in a bit of a trance, the heavy beats and the electric sound. The people screaming at the top of their lungs. It sounds amazing. I just want to know more. I snuck into the place and got to hear my first heavy metal concert and saw these people dressed in their most unique amazing outfits. I am very thankful for the Howling Reapers concert.
 
 
So when I was found and brought back home, I was in a world of trouble. I used it as a way to get my mom to help me. I told her I promise never to do that again or get Father angry. If she would get me some awesome gothic-looking clothes and music of bands, I wanted. It took me a little time, but I did eventually get her to agree. So, this is the beginning of me having two lives. The one life where I was a stand-up child and did everything my father wanted of me. As well as to meet his expectations. Then my second life was where I could be myself and have a little fun. Even if my second lifetime is very short.
Now the next time I had an incident where my two lives accidentally collided. Was on my free day doing nothing. A servant of my father's found me in the courtyard in my not appropriate attire, as my dad would say. I was listening to some music and enjoyed myself. When he told me that my dad had acquired my attention in his office immediately. I wasn't thinking at the time and forgot that I was in my gothic clothes. I went right to his office try not to get into trouble when I open the door. Saw that my dad was also with two other gentlemen and then saw the look on my father's face when he saw me. He gave me a stern reprimand about the proper etiquette of clothing and what to wear. He told me to go get change. I decided that was time for an upgrade. So, I snuck out of the house, went to a place that had found out about and I got my ears pierced. I decided that six of them will do nicely. Two on top of both of my ears. As well, as my ear lobes on both ears. My dad was not thrilled about that, but I was. He threatens to toss my stuff out. If I ever pulled this type of stuff ever again and he'd better never see those earrings in my ears when he has guests over. Or any other time he decided that there are nuisances.
 
 
After that, my two lives were getting harder to live because my father kept an annoying eye over me. He wanted me to always be trained, and that I needed to improve in many areas. In his eyes, I was never good enough. On my last night of freedom, or so I thought. I decided to push the envelope a little. I was listening to my music and dressed wearing in darker clothes but still nice looking elegant for my knighthood ceremony. After this party, I would be a full-fledged knight, which would take up almost all my time. I might also have lost track of time listening to a new album by the Hallowell sisters. Was a lovely blend of pop and techno with Four lovely singers that were playing beautiful music. When my dad barges in pulls my headset off me and says hurry up and get dressed properly. Before I can respond, he has two maids come in and start giving me clothes that he wants me to wear. Then he orders them to get rid of all my gothic clothes and music because it's time for me to grow up. Well, I told him OK, and then I made a couple of calls. It was time to blow this cage. During the knight's ceremony, I purposely said my vow was wrong because my dad decided to put me under my sister, giving her full control of me. Even though he said it hurts him to put me there, fat chance. I also received the Soul Blade, which did not bond to my sister. It barely bonds to my dad, I think. But when I took it changed color and bonded to me immediately. The look on my sister's face was priceless. I finished the rest of the night just talking to one of my friends, Evan when smoke bombs were dropped and my rescues arrived.
 
 
Legend of the Soul Weapons
 
Legend has it during a civil war for the Kingdom of the Luna. There was a war between the two brothers. The younger brother believed he deserved to be king and had support to do so. He was trying to take the Kingdom from his older brother. The war was taking a toll on the king and his people, as the younger brother was not concerned about the people's welfare. The king's attempts to help were draining their resources. Well, as luck would have it, a meteor struck. They found out that it was a metal stronger than any they had access to. It was a unique lime green coloring. They forge 12 weapons for the 12 best fighters and one scepter for the king. They didn't know that the weapons had special properties when they forge these weapons. But as the battle goes on, they found out about the special qualities these weapons have. The ability to change form and has special abilities. Which gave them the great edge they needed to win this war. The king made all 12 nights the new nobles of the land that's how the great families started.
Now little note about the soul of a weapons bond to the wielder. The forms and powers that they get seem to be off of each wielder. The weapons happen and similar forms with similar powers to each Wilder and have had very different forms and abilities. It doesn't bond to anyone that grabs it. One, you must be a descendant of the original wielder. Even that doesn't guarantee the weapon will bond with you. There has been a hypothesis going around that the closer you are to the ideas and code of honor of the original wielder. The more likely it is to bond to you and the more power you'll be able to draw out of it. Now when it does bond to a wielder it will change color from its lime green to the colors that best represent that's near wielder. But it still cases the basic shape and design.
