Edwyrd was 30 when he decided to leave Resindale and stow away on a cargo ship. The ship ended up being intercepted by pirates, which he became the bard of the crew. There was a mutiny on the ship, killing the captain who was alike a father to him, and stranded on a deserted island which got visited by a crew of pirates a few years later. He now bards for a couple of small time pirates while he plans his revenge on the first mate who led the mutiny.
