Long ago in the town of Kao, there was a Kangaroo God, known to the town folks as Kangio. The town worshiped Kangio, often using the villagers or slaves as sacrifices to please him, asking for protection from the neighboring towns. Kangio was their protector, and would send out Joeys to protect the town and beat any enemies. However, Kangio was able to resurrect the dead Joeys, maintaining a high amount of troops for the battles.
 
In the year 836, there was a war with the town ‘X.’ Before the war began, Kangio suggested to the villagers about making the first attack. However, this attack did not go to plan, with the enemies comfortably beating them, sending the troops of Kao back home. The war continued for a while, with many casualties. Kangio constantly promises them to keep believing and they will win the war. But, this did not happen and Kao was forced to surrender. With its promises not coming true, people lost trust in Kangio, and with this, Kangio hid away from the town and its inhabitants.
 
In recent times Kangio secretly re-emerged. And one night, met a villager, named Lady Syth. Time went on, and on the ‘insert birthday.’ Krag was born.
 
Krag was born different to his village people, and unknown to everyone else, had a pouch by his stomach. It was clear that he was not a human and was in fact half human and half Kangaroo. But Krag was never told of his ancestry, believing he was a normal villager.
 
Krag lived a normal life, working hard in the market to provide for his sick mother who was slowly dying. And on her deathbed, she told him the truth of who he was. Krag promised to seek out his father, and try to get him to resurrect his mother, for he was not powerful enough.
