Lord Tyron Kesmal is a minor noble and the nephew of the former lord of Holruun and is the leader of the Southern sect of the Hands of Thennon cult. As the leader of the Hands of Thennon's southern sect he oversees their operations in Tierdun and Oron'Hye, as well as facilitating communications between the Eastern and Western Sects. He is known to be a powerful Naturalized Frost-Caster, perhaps the most powerful living caster behind only the Caster Gods themselves and their most powerful champions. Some chalk his strength up to his pedigree, believing he has particularly potent Astral blood. The reverence of Tyron is greatly furthered by his prowess in physical combat. Of all of the Hands of Thennon's members Tyron is by far the most feared. He is a more than competent battlefield commander, a visionary leader by the cults standards and a competent spymaster. A particularly potent source of paranoia for the intelligence agents assigned to disrupt Thennonite cultist operations is his talents in uncovering near-mythical artifacts utilizing easily accessible texts and his affinity for ancient lore. Tyron's recent activities have disturbed many national leaders (and even the gods themselves) with his recent actions, and they now believe he seeks the Legendary forge of Dal'Sarad's, one of histories most powerful Demigods. Although the gods refuse to act and possibly draw the Titan-Mind's to Talirim again, Tyron's recent behavior may force their hands. Whatever lies within the forge it is likely best for the people of Tor'Saarn that Tyron does not find it, as a man of his cruel imagination may find a rutheless and efficient use for the power contained within.
