Summary

Zulynn Heartwind was an Eladrin Cleric, and the widow of Mordecai Wavebreaker. She was an original member of the Pieces of Eight until her stepson, James Wavebreaker, betrayed the party. She was notorious around Saltmarsh for throwing rocks at businesses, a character flaw attributed to her hermitage.
 

Traveling with the Pieces of Eight

Zulynn who had been spent 9 months in hermitage since Mordecai died, was convinced to join the Pieces of Eight on their first adventure after recieving the Divine Gift by an unknown God, who was later revealed to be Limonar the Light. She channeled this power through Mordecai's Spyglass to heal the party and harm their enemies. This Divine Gift was something that even The Grave Glaive seemed to be cautious of.
 

Returning to Her Hermitage

Upon returning from Dunwater, Zulynn was taken into protecive custody by Eliander Fireborn and Eyrs Thonich to avoid her getting harmed by the Wavebreaker who had killed several people across the town of Saltmarsh. After James escaped custody and killed Eliander, Zulynn attended Eliander's funeral where she said goodbye to the party and returned to her hermitage.
 

The Spyglass

Based on information told to the Pieces of Eight by Tolvig Thundersong, it appears that Zulynn spent the year after James' betrayal trying to silence her Divine Gift. This eventually led her to throw Mordecai's Spyglass out of her window. The Spyglass was found by Thundersong who used it to channel the powers of his dormant God, Valkur, during the fight at Crow's Crest.

This Zulynn, also known as Nulynn, was a Rune Knight Fighter who specialized in slings and rock throwing. She and Zangrim the Bard had an affair behind Mordecai’s back which fractured their adventuring party and solidified that reality’s defeat at the hands of the Gravebound. This Zulynn later helped the Pieces of Eight protect Tarkeltopia from the Wavebreaker.
 
This version of Zulynn was last seen in Nectarhymn before The Wish.
 

Reality 2,007

This Zulynn, also known as Zoolynn, was a Beast Master Ranger who helped mentor her stepson James on his path to become the legendary Beewitcher. Unfortunately, James was killed by evil forces and no subtiable Beewitcher was left on their planet.
 
Zulynn defended the Queen of the Bees until together they found Zangrim Tarkelby, a madman, who created the Queen her own humanoid shell in his image. This body was called TRKLB33, and allowed the Queen to protect herself. Zulynn, Zangrim, and TRKLB33 were all present during the fight at Crow's Crest.
 
This version of Zulynn is currently living in the Benevolent Wastes.
