Brian Troy is the runner of the Tavern in town, which is connected to the inn that his wife runs. He is a caring man who listens to the woes of people at the bar, but will usually not serve alcohol to people be deems too sad.

Brian Troy is 49 years old. He is the owner and barkeep of the Little Town Tavern. He runs it along side his wife, Poppy, who also runs the inn, and their daughter, Naomi, helps out.
