Personal history

Noble - An exiled prince. Just before he was going to start more mature princely obligations lodges called a grand conclave. He spoke up about the issues within their own communities, and asked that they abandon their ever-standing promise to protect Continentals to focus on themselves and their survival. Aghast at the appalling suggestion the conclave makes the decision that, since his ideals no longer “align with the ideal of the conclave, and the sheer audacity of abandoning their oath, means he no longer deserves to be crown prince. His father, the king, asks for mercy for his son, who has never shown previous inclination to these beliefs, and he is exiled rather than killed outright. He is never to return under any circumstance, lest he be killed on the spot.
After adventuring for a few years (read 9) they stumble upon a lake and pull a fairy out of it when they begin drowning.
