Kleth Rona was a Blue Dragonborn Storm Sorcerer who joined the Pieces of Eight after fleeing his home country.
 

Backstory

Kleth Rona worshipped Valkur, the Norse Storm God, but was branded by a demon and was driven out of his home country.
 
For a time he stayed and worked with Handsome Devil's crew picking and shipping oranges but eventually he decided to join the adventuring party known as the Pieces of Eight.
