Slender but fit halfling, apart from the childlike size there is not much similarities. The physique show this man has trained hard and have been spending time in harsh enviroments.

Rilo does not appear to have hairy feet like regular halflings, who knows if he shaves them?

Rilos piercing eyes can make any person shudder and think twice before asking stupid questions.

Usually identified by his big grinning smile. Doesnt means hes a happy fellow at all times, he's always on watch and calculating everyone nearby.

Wears a black matte cloak, the whole appearance seems to suck the light out of the air around him. The rest of the gear appear to be green, but it is veiled in shadows.

Learning from his father to always prepare and believing in the deity Dallillia, Rilo always uses rests to make a flashbang and fills his right pocket with a fist of sand. This may be used once a day.

Personal history

Born in Waterdeep by his mother Eida Fastfoot. His father Chay Wildheart was a ranger who explored the high forest.
Rilo at age 6 was being trained by his dad at the edges of deep forest, his father scouted a gnoll raiding party heading their way. Not being able to outrun them with his son, he hid Rilo in a tree stump. "Stay hidden Rilo, don't look now. I'm so proud of you." Little Rilo could just hide when the gnolls killed and dragged his father away. Crying alone for two days Rilo tried to return to his mother but got lost in the high forest. After wandering for days while eating whatever he could find he fainted after eating poisonous berries. He woke up in the midst of an elven settlement who adopted the little boy.
 
His new guardian and mentor was named Liluth Torkian. A ranger elf who watched over the elven homesteads. For years he was trained by Liluth. One authumn the elves got attacked by drow prowlers from the nearby "Endless Caverns" lying at the feet of "The Star Mounts". Fending off the fiendish attackers they chased them down back towards the underdark. While the great battle raged inside the endless caverns several foes fell to the arrows from some unseen allies. The rest of the drow was then quickly taken care of. The elves then met with the Gloom Stalkers. Seeing his old friend Aerendyl Yinfaren being slain in the battle, Rilo found his new purpose. To join and learn from these Stalkers and rid the underdark from all the horrors below, so that they may never reach the surface.
 
Rilos is a trusty worth shipper of the deity Eilistraee. As they both have a common goal to save lost drow elves from the underdark. Lifting hearts and making the world safe. Rilos has dreams and visions of Eilistraee dancing and hunting.
 
Rilo havent seen "Tolril" several for years. In Earth's End in the lowerdark Rilo and his team found an ancient duergar underground castle. The castle was empty, exept one room who had an open portal hovering over the floor, its vortexes rustling the torn rugs on the floor. Rilo, ill look inside the portal, he shouted. The rest of the team inspected the portal, and found only a inscription scraped on the floor. "Those who ventures through, bountiful lands await, but thou shal alas not return" As the ranger shouted this it was to late. Rilo had stuck his head into the portal, he felt his whole body getting sucked into the vortex. He was powerless to resist. The portal shut abruptly behind him, leaving his team in the underdark.
 
In a bright flash of light Rilo found himself on the floor of "The Archives of the Chronos" in a settlement called Primo.
Several soldiers including Yohan Feldner came running to the scene when the still open portal shut itself and vanished with a streaking flash leaving an unknown and confounded little man sitting on the floor.
 
Rilo who was the attention of everyone, needed a long briefing to set his mind right.
 
Yohan Feldner told Roli of this infernal Bagathor, and requested his aid for ridding this new world of this beast.
Rilo agreed to help track down the fiend in the exchange of 300gold and some magicial arrows.
 
Onwards they went to track meet with the other adventurers Yohan had talked about.
