Eldarly, kind, faithful

A friendly, old, retired ranger, his thin grey hair is kept tied behind his head and his sunken cheeks are permanently covered in coarse, grey stubble. Ulwin is the caretaker of the Garrison and rarely leaves the grounds. When he was active, Ulwin was an unparrelled tracker. Whether through some slight magic or skill he has always had a knack for healing.
