Personal history
Vigni was grew up in Galeland. When she was 70, she was caught attempting to smuggle a sick human man, her father, into Fahrien. As a punishment for misuse of her wings she was grounded and exiled by The Council of Ages. She was one of the first avariel to arrive in Berg and somehow made her way into the service of Lord Shina.
