Captain Roran Abernathy

Roran was the captain of the Guard in the Jadesmith Quarter before being moved to the Tallow Quarter and the guard there. Known for his no-nonsense attitude and strict adherence to the written law, he has found the switch to the unruly Tallow Quarter to be hard work. He holds no love for the poor and carries out his justice with an iron cudgel and a stout blonde mustache.
