Franie was meant to live a life of relative luxury. Raised to be the perfect example of wealth and grace, Franie expected to spend the rest of her life doing exactly what was expected of her; getting married, running a large corporation, having several children, and enhancing the family vegetation magic. Unfortunately, her brother died. This caused all her perfectly practiced poise to more or less disintegrate and her angrier nature to take over. That is to say, she came to realize she never wanted to be the head of a corporation and wanted, instead, to go about murdering people. It turns out she quite enjoys it and is, in fact, quite good at it. Better than at growing plants, at any rate.
