Physical Description

Slim, graceful, fit but not built, calloused hands and arms. 5'8", 130ish

Facial Features

Strong jawline and chin, slightly androgynous. Green eyes, dirty blonde hair to the mid-back, generally pulled into a braid with a jade ring tied into the end.

Identifying Characteristics

Has quite a few scars, mostly small and well-healed. Maybe 4 or 5 visible on her arms, the rest are elsewhere.

Physical quirks

More or less ambidextrous, favors different hands for different activities. In combat, holds the end of the chain dart with the right hand, using the left to maneuver it. Noticeably graceful, makes very little sound when walking.

Apparel & Accessories

Fairly tight-fitting clothes that don't restrict her movement. Favors shades of red, brown, and tan. Prefers to be barefoot. Usually wears a shoulder cape on her left side that covers her arm and part of her torso. It is deep crimson with a symbol inscribed in thick silver thread: a circle whose ends do not meet. The way it moves suggests it's more than just normal cloth. She also tends to wear several belts at different angles, with pouches, small blades, etc on them. Her chain is normally worn as a "belt" as well.

Education

Has trained under masters of many different martial arts, and fought in gladiatorial combat for nearly a decade. Definitely knows the basics of wounds treatment. Little formal schooling, but generally pretty savvy.

Employment

Self-employed, fighting anywhere there's demand for it. Sometimes prize money is involved, sometimes tips from the crowd or stipends from the arena, fighters' guild, etc.

Motivation

Honestly, she just loves the thrill of combat and wants to be as good at it as she can be. Despite this, she also has a flair for the dramatic; if a fight isn't as exciting to watch as it is to participate in, what's the point? Makes a point to learn new styles, moves, tricks, even weapons any time she can. If she loses to something she's not seen before, she can often be found practicing that style/weapon to learn how it works, strengths, weaknesses, and most importantly, how to effectively fight against it.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

Very quick study with almost anything martial, decent at patching people up too. Is straightforward to the point of being potentially abrasive.

Personality Quirks

Always pauses when crossing thresholds or entering a new place, making note of everyone in view and sizing them up. A habit from years of pit fighting, often without knowing anything about the opponent before the match starts.

Hygiene

Tries to stay clean, mostly fails. The later in the day it is, the worse she looks. Often sweaty, usually has at least a little blood on her somewhere.
