Personal history
As the oldest of the family, Flint had to get a job early to provide for his younger siblings. He took on jobs as a bodyguard, runner, and finally as a mercenary. He didn't enjoy that line of work but would have done anything to keep his siblings fed.
When the time finally came, Flint took on the job as the gang's bodyguard more than willingly and had no trouble giving the reigns to his cunning little sister, Fiona.
