An outsider with a vendetta against the leaders of El Cado who found a way into the city by working as a scientist for them. What they don’t know is that she is actually living a double life as a guardian of the lands.
When she made an unimaginable name for herself with her abilities at a magic school, the Board contacted her to work for them. With Mizuki being new to the city, she had no idea what was going to come from working with them, working her way up, she is now one of their senior scientists to stay on their good side (for now). Mizuki has made connections throughout the city, forest and the colony to the north to help stop the spread of destructive practices and crimes throughout all of the land (through doing projects for the Board and her own interests), all without sharing her secret life as a kitsune. From the moment she stepped into the city, she new she wanted to preserve her homeland and the ways of her family's tribe from the destruction of the modern world.

Mizuki is the final descendant of the Okuninushi tribe, her parents were the last tribe members to inhabit the land of their ancestors and chose to raise her with their way of life so she could learn and stay connected to her divinity. After living and breathing magic for 16 years in the woods as a kitsune, her parents decided it was time to venture into the city so she could learn the ways of the future.
