Xanthos was born within the Triton district of Meletis. Their connection to the sea, as well as their people's culture, lead them to favoring Thassa but they worship all the gods equally. At the age of 15 they began to wish to see more of Theros using their capabilities to help assist others and growing a close connection to Karametra and her domain of nature. At this point they also took the name Kallisto shifting between the two names and gender identities depending on their moods and surroundings.   They have an adventurous side and are prone to look up to the heroes of legend.
