Born to a small family in the outer regions of the city, as a child he grew up in the era where spy movies and the like where all the rage and upon seeing it he decided right then and there he was going to become apart of the intelligence world. As he would turn 5 years old he would start to workout and would practice tailing others in order to get a feel for it and would play 'spy' with friends and other neighborhood kids. His life would be uneventful until he turned 10 where at this point he would start to build a small group in school in order to practice getting intelligence. He would continue this trend and eventually becoming able to hear about just anything that happened in the school by the time he graduated. At the age of 17 he would graduate High school a year early and would go to University for Psychology. While he wouldn't finish his classes or ever get his degree he was able to pick up the basics of it.
 
Once he turned 19 he would finally apply for Federal Security Investigation Bureau. He would pass the initial interviews but would have a hard time for the majority of his training. After he finally finished his training he would be ranked around the top 10s of his class making sure to not get to close to those in his class. At this time he was diagnosed as borderline psychopath. He wouldn't be expelled because of his standing in his class but would be under review and prevented from field work for 2 years.
 
At the age of 22 he would have completed his first minor field assignment and be sent to a allied nation for a joint training program. At this time he would start to question Why people acted the way they did and would start to get tired of all the rules they had to follow in order to protect people. He would form close relations with a few of the trainees and would be able to consider them "Friends" in the way he knows them. It wouldn't be long after the joint program ended at the age of 24 where he would hear news that his "friends" had died in a operation. He would investigate it and figure out eventually at the age of 25 that their government was behind their deaths by their faulting planning and restricting their actions. At this time he would start to plot and plan to build a organization that would do what's needed no matter the cost. This leaves him at his current age at 26 where the organization is nothing but a thought on paper with a few people who also might be interested in such a thing
