In a word, he felt ripped off, and refused to join a clan. He left Tuchanka to find bigger, badder, tougher challenges, seeking to prove himself worthy of a clan name. He fights for creds, protects shipments, collects debts, hunts criminals—he doesn't accept slavery or cruelty… well, maybe a little cruelty, if they deserve it.
