Letter to Galariel Taliluthuen Exchequer of the Crossroads

Dear Exchequer Taliluthuen,
 
It has come with realisation, that the first session of the newly elected Congress for Crossroads is due to be held in a few days. I know this event is generally more than likely a closed affair and perhaps not of interest to some who find procedures or ritualised administration a tad dry for their appetite. It would however be of great interest to me, to observe a singular session of the Congress. One does not get to often, see other political systems in action beyond words or games of nobles, small village councils and at the most difference the long conversations of university administrations. Such an opportunity would be an exemplary chance to broaden one’s mind’s concept of good governance and the forms in which it may take.
 
Speaking solely for myself, it would be a great pleasure to be able to attend a session as a discrete guest. I would be grateful to silently observe a single session of the congress, even at the sidelines of the venue or chamber, but with an appropriate view to be able to learn. If it is of much use, among our party that previously assisted you is now a congressman, although I know him not well.
 
I thought it may be best to write to you, as being part of the bureaucracy and administration of Crossroads you would be wisest to its functions. Therefore knowing how my attendance as a guest may be achieved.
