It becomes an ongoing theme so much so that TikTok starts pushing for TeamKhan and later the two hunky docs in the OR, Khan and Desai, end up in a showdown for popular votes leading to a real-life showdown in a deadlift competition. Being a few inches shorter and several kilos lighter, Arun is not the favorite, but Ashley promotes him tirelessly.
