Appearance

Physical Description

Miyor has a Strong Physique, which she hides under baggy clothes. Strong arms, strong legs, muscled slim body, its the type of body earned after a lifetime of fighting, training and lifting heavy objects, that wont fall easily. She doesn't slouch, but she doesn't really often appear that threatening, due to kind eyes and a easygoing, friendly manner. Until she's no longer friendly.

Body Features

Scars: Head. There's a cut across her face which looks to be caused by a dagger, and a large burn mark across her neck, with blackened marks which look like the imprints of hands.
 
Torso: A scar across the heart, as if a sword pierced directly through it. A large circular scar around her lung, where something once impaled her. An immense discoloured burned patch of skin across her stomach, where she seems to have gotten very badly burned. There also appear to be bite marks, as if something eight times the size of her tossed her around like a ragdoll, in addition to some acidic marks.
 
Back: Across her back are a series of boot prints, some laced with spikes, searing burns and whiplashes. There appear to be small indents in the flesh, as if her spine was forcibly realigned. Looks very painful.
 
Left Arm: Several bite marks across the left shoulder, and a wicked ring where the arm was once turn off. There are several more acidic, multicoloured burn scars which lead up the forearm. There is also a large indent in arm, as if it was once crushed by a giant piece of cobble.
 
Right arm: Acidic Burn Scars
 
Legs: Acidic burn scars on the front, more bootprints on the back. a jagged ring of being torn off on the left, but a large crushing indent on the right.

Facial Features

She has bright and sparkling Cereulean Blue eyes, coupled with a freckled healthy face, a sweet smile and a long lock of ginger hair, Miyor would make for a pretty face, if it weren't for the numerous cuts and scars across her face, from blade wounds to broken beer bottles. She also has a horrific burn scar across her neck and face, which despite the healing magic used upon it, wont seem to heal.
 
She has two small tusks, which are present but not really noticeable from a distance. She mostly keeps her hair in a ponytail for ease.

Identifying Characteristics

Her identifying features are of course her bright ginger hair, her bright blue eyes, and her large burn scar, as well as being a 6'8 foot tall half orc.

Physical quirks

She has an allergy to coconuts, which causes her to constantly sneeze and get the sniffles.
 
She can't shout, otherwise her voice gets super hoarse and scratchy due to her burned throat.

Apparel & Accessories

A gold band is fitted across her forhead, parting her hair as it reveals a blazing red ruby. Her clothing is baggy, but common and cheap, and most importantly, very fireproof.

Specialized Equipment

She can emit fire from any part of her body, and when she has mage armor up, it's like a searing energy of heat, barley visible but you can definitley feel it and see it if you peer close enough.

Special abilities

Activitng Mantle of flame, she becomes a literal walking figure of fire. It sprouts from her hair like half a star, wickedly twisting and turning, angry. It leaps off her body like daggers, cascading up all of her scars and clothing like a horrific wreathe. Her once cereluean eyes are now a cold, coal black.

Mentality

Personal history

Growing up in the Crimson Phoenix, having no memory of any parent or carer beyond Gabrella, the Crimson Knight who's squadron she was assigned to, (who wasn't very nice) Miyor at the age of 14 eventually managed to escape. Go Miyor! Except she was in critical condition, so had to be treated by a cleric at Alverholdt, and with the help of Torí Repona, she was up on her feet.
 
The man who saved her, Sippitin, who had also lost his father in the conflict, took Miyor in as his own daughter, and raised and rehabailitated her amongst his family, two gnome twins named Bea and Lea, and a son named Garter. Bea and Lea are troublemakers with a love of men, coin and booze, but are nontheless hardworkers with a sisterly love for Miyor. Garter is a more sturdily built gnome, used to physical labour and is the strong and silent type - except to all who know him, he's the sweetest on the island and is constantly trying to shower the women of Mercusis in gifts.
 
Sippitin himself is a wisened ex-adventurer, with a kinder heart than miyors, and one tempered by loss. He raised Miyor from a slave, to a traumatised 14 year old girl, to the outgoing kind woman you see today, with education, love and a lot of patience.
 
However, all this love and happiness was too much for Miyor to bear, and her heart was ringing and fit to burst. She couldn't comprehend that she, of all people, was to be loved. That she, of all people, desevred it. And what would happen if her family were to get hurt? She had to run.
 
So she left for Levinholdt, where she ended up giving her money for produce and an inn to a kindly rogue named Rilo, who in her own words needed it more than her. The rogue taught her about the street, about the hardship of life outsight of Mercusis. Following this, she studied medicine in the temple, and helped all around Levinholdt before deciding to travel to Meljabul, where there was no Crimson Phoenix, and everything could start to make sense. Thats the start of the campaign.

Education

She doesn't have a traditional one; she wasn't taught how to read and learn as a child, so most of what she currently knows is taught to her by Sippitin and Tori Repona. She learned to read books, and when she learnt to speak properly, she practised it frequently with passing sailors and the citizens of Mercusis. She is currently reading more advanced scientific books and avancing her vocabulary.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Being the Only Crimson Phoenix Deserter. Winning a game of Chicken Fight. Saving the folk of Baklavi. Convincing Bjornar to maybe not kill people. Somehow remaining first mate. Becoming a Lumberjack. Finding out the Drow plot to frame the Stone Giants, helping Bjornar get his second rune. Saving many folks of alverholdt, against the wishes of the party. Surviving having her soul sucked out. Deducing a Nighthag and surviving a night hag ambush with a Hell Dog. Other stuff.

Failures & Embarrassments

Failing to save her allies who fell in combat, such as E, the halfling chef, the mysterious doctor on the ship, the civilians, the three thugs, and a lot of others still to come.

Mental Trauma

Severe. Doesn't like animals, seemed to have an episode when there was an invasion of alverholdt, has very harrowing nightmares, seems to have a saving people thing, eats very little, is deathly afraid of coconuts. Doesn't value herself.

Intellectual Characteristics

She really enjoys reading and learning, despite being a half orc, and in whatever freetime she allows herself, can be found in a library or with a book.
 
She doesn't really keep track of the date, and has a good head for battle tactics and positioning.

Morality & Philosophy

Miyor is very much a moral person - she believes that although the world is flawed, and there's a lot of bad people doing bad stuff, kindness can counteract it. There is a natural balance to the world, and piracy is winning, so therefore she has to be as good as possible.
 
In her mind, there is no 'I gain nothing from this' or a 'they won't return the favour'. Kindness is a neccesity.
 
She doesn't see good or bad as such, but the different choices everyone makes, be those leading to negative or positive outcomes. No matter where someone might be on the morality scale, or their actions, they can always choose to make kinder, more reasonable actions than bloodshed.
 
Despite her goodwilled nature, she doesn't really care for the law, and most of her morals surround helping people and not killing them.

She doesn't really have an off button, and has constant anxiety. She's not really too good at reading or predicting a situation, despite having good insight. She's also really bad at skating. She tried once. Never again.

She has very little personal wealth, as while she was her lumberjack, it all went to her family. She took some with her for the voyage, but it went to Rilo. She can be described as impoverished.

Religious Views

While Miyor knows about the Angel's of long past, she sees the gods as just as human and flawed as the rest of humanity. Bound by rules. But she doesnt see this as a necessarily bad thing.
 
She dislikes people using religion as an excuse to do bad things, and the single minded devotion people can show, but she greatly respects those who use it to heal, and better the world.

Miyors a go-getter. She can't speak incredibly often or loudly, otherwise her burn scars will act up, but she likes talking to other people, and understanding their views and opinions.
 
Shes slightly forgetful, but is the most talkative of the party.

Shes relativley well-mannered and friendly. She sometimes scratches odd parts of her forearms or neck.

Her only Hobby is reading a book. She tried playing the flute, but ditched the idea midway through the journey to Alverholdt.

She was a warm voice, and a strong accent, which you can't quite place as any dialect. Despite this, her voice is somewhat scratchy, not from disuse, but because of the burn scars.
