Almost all magic items, high stake interactions and secure negotiations see the inside of his lavish building. It has a central location on the Kaydah bridge, almost as central in the city as can be, making it the perfect location for the meeting place that it has become. Secure rooms for secret talks, bodyguards for magic item trades and a flow of important people needing to speak to important people is what characterizes the place named after the man that runs it all. Make sure not to cross him, or you might lose access to all of this in its entirety...
