Overview

Kara Towers is a constable inspector and member of the Brass Spears of Novus Civilian Policing Division. She is the youngest and freshest inspector to hold the title and has been assigned to investigate crimes within the Dust District, a notoriously crime ridden district on the city.

Despite this, Kara remains optimistic and eager to make a difference for good in the city.
