Back in Ancient Acheron Barad-dûr was taught the beginnings of the Sorcery and the power gained from the Elder Gods. In order to gain more power then anyone else alive he traded his soul and devotion to them. In that moment he became immortal and his magic grew many times over. Though he lost much when Thoth-Amon Exiled him... he found many of it back.

Identifying Characteristics
His eyes are yellow colored (and can blaze up red) due to the dark sorcery in his body. This same power renders him immortal to death of old age. In his life-time he has been dead at least once and resurrected by followers. This had led to a toll on his body more mentally then physical. He is slightly unpredictable and could do unexpected things if it serves him at that time. His body has seen many battles and is cluttered with as many scars.. most are old. Even his face has some.
