Godwin was classically trained in Ceryl where he formed relationships with the The Strangelight Workshop. His studies were often that of ridicule and considered inappropriate. This, combined with fraternization with undergrads during his post-doc damaged many of his professional relationships. Since then he has taken a post at Corvis University and began to uncover secrets once thought lost. This has greatly impacted his relationship, much to the dismay of his previous tutors.
