Giselle is a bored and dangerous noble, trying to get her rocks off by beating on people that has fallen by the wayside of the law.

Giselle von Rothbart is a margravine - the first in Evermore history - representing the interests of the Rothbart family in Bruska city, the capital of the Empire. The Rothbart descend from the kings and queens of Nebel - a long forgotten nation that was swallowed by the empire of Evermore. The Emperor recognized their noble blood and allowed the Rothbart to continue as part of the ruling cast to lessen the populace resistance - a move that has met reasonable success.
 
Evermore nobles live well - unlike the rest of the population - and Giselle is no exception. As a noblewoman, Giselle had access to many opportunities for learning - a perk she took much advantage of. She's a trained blacksmith, a mage, a weaver and a card player. What she is most the time, however, is bored.
 
Years ago, Baron Skelios von Rothbart - Lord of Rougefern Manor - died of old age and was survived by no heirs. Giselle's grandfather and her father decided it was a good opportunity to send her over to Bruska so she could take over the duties of managing the manor for the Rothbart. That would not only ensure the profitable Bruskan molybdenum mine would stay under Rothbart control without having to send a male heir to the city, but it would also save the family the necessity of a dowry for Giselle marriage. So, she was sent to the faraway city of Bruska, where she became the little lady of Rougefern. She was thirteen.
 
Giselle is ready to fight for her land, her family or her country, but she mostly fights when she's bored. She roams the city at night in search of outlaws, on whom she can go all out without recrimination or guilt. She is known among her peers and the common folk for her statuesque beauty and vain bloodlust - which has endeared her to some, and alienated others. Margravine von Rothbart currently sports the reputation of a dangerous woman of mercurial moods - a reputation that the Margravine does little to change.
 
Currently, she runs a molybdenum ore - a rare and magic-conductive metal - mine in the city, and is looking for the next exciting opportunity to leave the boredom of her daily duties behind.
