Marved's Background

Marved learned his potion making skills in the shadowy city of Evernight, the Shadowfell's dark reflection of Neverwinter. He enjoyed the work, but what really made his day was the opportunity to cross over into Neverwinter either to make sales or get supplies. The light, the colors, the vitality all moved him in a way nothing back home did. And so, with a little planning and some stolen supplies, he crossed over and made his way down the Sword Coast as quickly as possible. He eeked out a living selling his elixirs from the back of a beat up, if colorful wagon, but never was able to live in the lifestyle to which he wished to become accustomed. So when he heard about the money to be made in Driftriver, he made his way there with all due speed. At last he has more than two coins to rub together. Now he has his sights set on something bigger...
