Becoming my own man

Today I drew the final straw with Marcus and have decided to part ways. while he did protect me and care for me in a time of struggle, his disrespect for the miracle of life can't be further sustained. While it is true that I am in no position to kill him, I just hope that he will respect my want to leave his entourage of assassins. From here forward I hope to join the Day Watch as a detective to make up for my crimes against Vagabonds and all the people of the Phorte. I hope one day I may be able to finally break the Vagabonds free of the tyranny which the Phorte holds over them, but for now, I can settle with being treated as an equal to most.
