Spell Matrices.
 
Marcel struggled a little at first, he wasn't really sure where the source of his power truly came from. He had a few ideas, though, and it seemed well enough that those ideas would be enough to get through. An other power, whatever it was, was granted to him when he was born. The strength of the wind was on his side and he would harness it as such. Accumulating his power, he held it in his chest, circulating around his body almost like the very nervous system, except it flowed exceptionally well. When ready to cast, his powers weave out through his fingertips through various small hand flicks and signs, weaving the wind together in front of him almost like a musical conductor while keeping light on his feet in the process.
 
Arcane Theories and Proofs.
 
He's not one to focus on reading a whole lot, so having to write down his magic and understand it on paper was sorta boring to him quite honestly. He reaches out to a few different students for help with understanding the different diagrams and how to write them out. He was unfamiliar with most of this, having been more than a little expedited in order to be in the same age level as the rest of his classmates. He still isn't very confident where his powers even truly come from, so he's finding it harder to write it down and explain it. On top of the fact that he's not comfortable with everyone knowing his true self.. Not yet.
 
Numerology.
 
Marcel tries his best to pay attention but often times he's drawing music notes on the graph paper instead of numbers.
 
 
World Studies.
 
He finds this class pretty interesting. He want's to try and explore the world one day. Writing songs and performing. Traveling with Eva and never staying in the same place for too long, because he has to protect her too. But it all seems like such a distant dream with everything going on in the world. He often perks up when talks of the deserts come up, both in anxious and relieved ways. This class both excites and depresses him depending on the news coming in. But finds it overall enjoyable and glad to have some kind of contact with the outside besides letters.
 
Underworld Studies
 
There was only one reason he really took this class. The teacher, Nasima, is an air genasi. The first one he had ever met. He hopes to learn from her... and talk with her about his own problems. Maybe even be able to explore why he was born the way he was. He hopes so, because he has no idea what the rest of what she's talking about means.
