Rex sat at his favorite coffee shop and sipped the hot delicious coffee concoction. It was the best in town. He knew this because over the years he had tried every coffee shop, coffee stand, coffee truck and donut shop that he could find. None touched the perfection of, 'The Press', a small morning cafe' serving great breakfast items and the best coffee in town.
Rex had just had his first sip, when across the street in the park he saw two adults speaking to a child. Yet something seemed slightly off. No, not a child, a little person.
Suddenly, down the street all hell broke loose as an explosion ripped open a building and a flying flaming figure appeared! (Damn.)O0o. thought Rex taking his last look at his delicious hot drink he'd only enjoyed one sip from, as he slid from his seat and slipped into the alleyway looking for a hiding spot to activate the nanites within his bloodstream. .o0O(Ten minutes later would have been fine. But noooo. Stupid crime has to interrupt my coffee. Someone's going to get pounded, well, as soon as I can find a safe place to change that is.)
