Previous Gold: 576.42 + 7001 from end rewards = 7577.42 total G / 1515.48 per person
With our previous loot and equipment, we have enough items for everyone to already possess a +1 Hit/+1 Damage Dice Weapon and a +1 AC armour.
We also have a set of +2/1 armour ready to use thanks to the tik-tok men, and a +1 saves armour rune spare as well.
And the base cost of the armour or weapon is essentially irrelevant to us now.
 
Use existing armour:
We have one set of Full Plate - I don't think anyone wants to wear that?
We have 2 sets of Mithril Chain (lighter armour, Dex limit +3), I'd guess that only Fijit and Otto would want that, as Selena's Dex is probably maxed out, Dune can't wear it and Gunhilde has her unique armour already. If we sell the Mithril instead, that gives us another 1920 G / 1900 G total per person, which is quite useful.
 
+2 Armour Runes - 1060 G (900 G upgrade, Armour Rune)
+1 Saves Armour Runes - 340 G (Resilience Run)
+2 Hit Weapon Runes - 935 G (900 G upgrade, Potency Rune)
+2 Damage Dice Weapon Runes - 1065 G (1000 G upgrade, Striking Rune)
 
Cost to upgrade everyone:
+1/1 Armour - 340x3 = 204 G each
+2/1 Armour - 4x1240-340= 4620 G - 924 G each
+2 Hit Weapons - 900 G each
+2 Damage Weapons - 1000 G each
 
So assuming we sell the Mithril armour and few other items we wouldn't need anymore;

Everyone could choose whether they wanted either best Armour or best Weapon:
+2 Armour with a Resilience Rune, and a weapon with +1 to Hit, +2 Damage dice - 1924 G, OR
+2 Armour with a Resilience Rune, and a weapon with +2 to Hit, +1 Damage dice - 1824 G, OR
+1 Armour with a Resilience Rune, and a weapon with +2 to Hit, +2 Damage dice - 2104 G
 
Leaves us basically with spending money gold only. Of course if anyone preferred to save their gold, they could.
