Court of beggers

The area itself:
Large room with a stone altar, pipe all around the room with people hanging on to all of them looking to the center, three hallways
 
Stone altar:
3 maskes carved into the stone. Left to right: Smiling, neutral, frowning
 
 
The audience:
One robed figure comes out of each hallway each of them wearing a robe and a theatrical mask matching the altar. The three robed figures vote by placing a coin on their altar. Through bullshit and a fair bit of luck. The frown and the neutral one place their coin. we are allowed an escort from the cracked cauldron to the catacombes after we slay the monsters
