Letters to Mother

Dear Mother, The travel to the city of light was nothing but long and boring. There was little to fight and not a lot of excitement except walking. Upon arrival, there was this really long bridge to get across the water which I thought was nice. So far I and my new friend have taken housing within the temple (of our god). They all seem like nice folk and I will be sure to establish more connections within the further days.

Dear Mother, it has been a second month within the city of light and I have established a good reputation within the people of the temple and the guards. I've even met some of the higher up and have helped out here and there when needed. Overall I'm keeping my alert of what's around and keeping my mind open to be observant. I keep my workout routine the same so that I grow stronger but it also lets me explore more of this strange city.

Dear Mother, It has been three months since leaving and arriving in the city of light and so far I've gained the trust of a lot of people. I am asked to do more and more each day and in return, I am earning my keep within the town and the temple. I hear there's a festive coming soon but I do not know what's to come from it. My morning runs have been feeling strange in certain areas of the town, my scales riling up as if a sense of danger. I'm sure all is ok though.
