Preparing for Dragon Attack

by Validus Shade

Waking up early inside the inn, I had the strong compulsion to practice with my spear.

I went back into the Stonehill Inn after my morning exercise to get some breakfast. While not so stealthy listening to the conversations around me, I joined a group of adventurers that went out to see the new additions to Phandalin’s job board.

We decided to attempt the “easiest” job on the board, and made our way to Umbrage Hill. The trip there was fairly uneventful, but when we arrived the windmill was being raided by a wounded Manticore.
