The Night Before the Trip
I have packed and repacked my bag every night for the past week in preparation for my journey. I have said a hundred goodbyes to my guild mates as well as my family and friends both too many a laugh of remembrance of the good times we have had, along with many tears as I prepare to leave those I am most fond of. However I am optimistic as I know I will be doing something that will change the course of my family name forever, I mean how many chances do you get to start a new life on a new and unexplored continent. I leave with hope and determination in my heart to forge a new and Prosperous life for myself. I put my pack down next to the bed and I lay down restlessly in anticipation of the coming days, may I find what I am looking for.
The First Day of the Rest of My New Life
I find myself eager, having been up early and double checking everything I had once more as well as sitting down for the last meal of my old life. The mist of the early morning fog cover the bay and the docks as I head to the ship, as I head aboard the ship a gust of early morning wind clears part of the fog warming me on the deck.
This feels like a Good Omen... But I will only know this once I have dirt between my toes again.
