keys on roman guards (they probably get exchanged)
10-15 min gap for interchange of guards (more guards for big events normally in groups of two or more)
timberjack, monstrous nightmare, crimson gore gutter (dragons so far)
20 or more prisoners they might be useful in escape (would have to unlock cells which would waste time we might not have)
need a map
also need to buy about 10min for lee to get boat going (could take longer though)
