Backstory

Begin writing your story her Rock, originally given the elvish name Marahh'kozhan and born in Golrook. With a father as an elf and a human mother he was a a half elf. His father was never around much and at the age of 8 years old his father never came back (left for a pack of smokes and a gallon of milk). Rock would never know why his father left but knowing that elves live for long time he had come to the idea that his family didnt matter to him. those 10 years with his mother must have fealt like a short time to an elf. starting to get a distaste for elvish people he dropped his elvish name and went with something common and strong, he shortened his name to rock. 3 years after his dad left, his mother passed away from a disease that was ravaging the slums. living on his own was tough for a young man. Rock would do whatever he could do to survive, from stealing to gambling to mercenary work. 4 hard years of living on the streets in the slums of Golrook rock would have a fateful encounter with a man named Risheem. Attempting to pickpocket the old man, his slight of hand did not go unnoticed. For some reason Risheem saw promise in the young lad from the slums and offer to train him in the ways of the monk. Rock feeling blessed had no qualm with leaving this place behind him. After all it had mostly given him nothing but bad memories. They then left on the long journey to the monastery of Chagri.

Even though he was a bit older then most pupils would be normally; they let him join and he spent the next 5 grueling years becoming a master in ki control. Rasheem had become a serugate father to him and one day in the catacombs of the monastery, rock came to find an ancient scroll of the shadow monk. He kept it and starting learning some of the basic moves, try to control the blood and ki in his body. Rock always had an affinity to dark magic even born with poison magic. Maybe thats why his father left, maybe thats what Rasheem saw in him all those years ago. A year later rock leaves to monastery, now a man of his own he travels the kingdom, helping people where he can. years later would meet up ulon and eventually raia and start their journey.
