Solo Journey

It was a time of testing and completing. The lads and I never finished that route, and I had a yearning to get back. I set out from the opposite end and hope to meet our first extraction point.
 
I also used it to test some new gear is crafted. The bivvy was hooga and light, pack was easy. New rations we're questionable in flavour but effective. Not drinking that muck again tho. The in line water filter was a dream! No more parasites or boil orders for this dvarv.
 
I encountered no hostility and one elf ish adventurer. Some sort of beast master - had quite the magnificent dog. I could have ride him! I must explore mounted combat more. I think it would negate a fair few of our defensive weaknesses. Also, a mount would have saved me these blisters fr my new boots! Though I imagine I'd blister else where.
